CONTESTED WILLS

Legal advice and representation regarding a legal challenge to the provisions of a Will, seeking proper maintenance and support for an eligible applicant for whom a moral duty is owed.

(That is all correct legal jargon, but basically: if you’ve been left out of a Will, or believe that a Will does not provide fairly for you, then I can assess your circumstances and advise whether you have a valid claim. If so, I will prepare your case with the assistance of an expert barrister, to make sure you get the best possible outcome).
