I’m Geoff Wigney
I’m a lawyer – an experienced one.
For over thirty years, I’ve taken the mainstream legal path and practiced in almost all areas of law.
I’ve done the long hours, the suit and tie, the formal legal office setting, the structured provision of legal services.
Now it’s time for something different – something refreshingly different.

I have administered hundreds of deceased estates and enjoy the challenge of finalising each Estate quickly and efficiently, whilst being sensitive to the emotional impact caused by the death of a loved one.

I have run many contested Wills claims and have access to extremely experienced and competent barristers.

I charge fixed fees for Wills and Powers of Attorneys and fees in accordance with prescribed scales for deceased estates and contested Wills.
